What should I do if the interviewer gave me a blank paper and asked me to sign on that?

Believe me, this trick saves you from being a prey in an inevitable situation in an interview.

Interviewer: Congratulations! you are selected, please sign on the paper.

Ram: Why?

Interviewer: Just a formality, it’s not a big deal all the selected candidates have signed on the papers, please have a look.

Ram: He took the blank paper with a smile, folded the paper from both sides towards centre as in below pic and signed on it.

Ram signed on the paper by folding it so that his full signature is not present on the blank paper. Zero percent risk.

Interviewer: Amazing! you are now selected. The signed papers that I showed you previously belongs to the rejected candidates. All of them trusted a stranger with some expectations and forgot to use the basic common sense of not signing on a blank paper that may ruin his life and also put the company in danger.

Ram: I agree,Thank you for selecting me.

Interviewer: With a smile, shall we discuss the CTC!

Be like Ram, don’t fall in to the words of any superiors or friends and sign on a blank paper blindly — it ruins one's life as well as the reputation..
